TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • As the artist I retain rights to publicly upload my artworks on social medias for promotion (full artworks + WIPS - Instagram, X, discord, portfolios, patreon, cara, bluesky, furaffinity etc.)

  • A private fee can be applied upon request for 50%+

  • I have the right to reject or cancel a commission depending on the circumstance whether its the subject of the commission or a situation on my end before or during process.

  • I have the right to work on other artworks whether personal or adoptable in between commissions

• Please provide clear colored references, I will request for one if the reference is blurry or has 1 million different trademarks on it and I cant see the character. I want to make sure I draw your character accurately.

PAYMENT

  • Paypal USD invoices only

  • 100% advance payment

  • Payment plans are available, installments of 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 recommended

âš  I will not start a commission until over half has been paid. I will then proceed with the sketch then continue flats + rendering after the final payment. I do not take any plans that exceed a 2 month period. Please pay on discussed due time otherwise I will cancel the commission.

REVISIONS

  • Revision 1 (Sketch stage) - 3 minor changes [Free], Major or excessive minor changes will be additional charge $15-$(Depending on complexity)

  • Revision 2 (Flat colour stage) - 3 minor changes [Free], Major or minor excessive changes will be additional charge $15-$(Depending on complexity)

âš  No revisions will be allowed after or during the rendering stage.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • I typically finish pieces within the week to over a month.

  • A rush fee can be applied for deadlines, increasing depending on the timeframe.

  • All products will be digitally delivered only.

USE

  • Commissioned works are for personal use. Commercial use is prohibited unless discussed.

  • Personal use can include the manufacturing of physical products without commercial distribution.

  • Personal use can include using my artwork for profiles and of the sort, if you upload my artwork anywhere online please credit me.

  • You can use artworks to promote yourself if you're an indie creator as long as credit is due

  • You may NOT use the artwork for profit or associate the artwork with NFT's/AI

REFUNDS

  • I do not accept refunds after the artwork is completed

  • If a refund is requested during mid-process, only an amount of uncompleted work will be refunded

  • Be sure you are in a stable situation where you can comfortably commission me! This goes for any artist you commission <3

GENERAL

  • You may NOT use the artwork/design for profit or associate the artwork with NFT's/AI

  • Auction ending times vary. I will usually close on a bid within the week.

OWNING RIGHTS

  • As the owner you are authorized to use a character design by me for any personal projects

  • I allow commercial branding of the character

  • I only prohibit commercial distribution of the art made by me - for commercial art refer to my commission t.o.s

  • You are free to alter any aspects of the design they are all yours <3

  • You may not claim the design creation as your own and you must credit me when due.

  • Regifting/trade is allowed

  • Reselling is allowed only for the amount paid previously, higher the original amount is allowed only if there is additional art.

PAYMENTS

  • 100% advance payment before you own the character.

  • Payment that isn't a plan should be made within 48 hours otherwise I may refer to previous offers.

  • Payment plans are available, installments of 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 recommended
